All gemstones are non returnable. Setting and mounting gemstones can cause damage, cracking, breaking, or other damages leaving stones unusable.
The finished products will carry a 14 day returnpolicy. We will replace the broken item or refund your money. Returns do not cover normal wear and tear. And you must provide proof of shipping arrival and a short email with a picture explaining the reason you want to return or exchange your item. You will also be responsible for return shipping of item.
